G-Force Total Sports Training offers fitness testing and training programs designed for young athletes [ages 8 to 18] and aspiring athletes of all ages. We begin with an ability assessment for a baseline of the athlete’s skill level. G-Force then creates a customized training program to address the specific needs of the athlete. We create a game plan that gets results: recommended duration and frequency of training, skills that will be targeted for improvement, and goal-setting for a benchmark of success. G-Force Total Sports Training is available one-on-one, in small-group, as well as large-group team training.
